Product description

CLEARDWELL sells the exact configuration described on the product page: the handheld steam cleaner with its 9-piece attachment set, 100V–127V US plug. Images and included-set statements describe that configuration only.

Ordering and payment

An order is created only after secure checkout accepts payment. Availability, shipping charge, and delivery range shown at checkout control if they differ from an earlier page view. We may cancel and refund an order we cannot fulfill accurately.

Safe use

Steam is hot. Use the product only as directed, keep steam away from people, pets, outlets, and live electrical equipment, and test an inconspicuous area where surface compatibility is uncertain.

Returns

If your CLEARDWELL order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described on the product page, contact us within 30 days of confirmed delivery. After reviewing the issue, CLEARDWELL will provide an appropriate replacement or refund. This policy does not create claims or guarantees beyond those expressly stated on the product page.
